Our flat rate shipping cost for Standard Post is $6.99, while our flat rate shipping cost for Express Post is $9.99! If you spend over $99.00 (AUD) after discounts have been applied, you will receive free express shipping!

Australia Post state that they will deliver within 2-5 working days for Standard Post (up to 10 working days for remote areas in Australia), with a speedy 1-2 working days for Express Post. Within Perth where our facility is located Australia Post claims to be as fast as any available courier option as well.

Yes! For all orders placed before 4:00pm (AWST) on week days, you will receive an email containing your tracking code on the same day. For all orders placed on the weekend, you will receive your tracking code on Monday at the latest, although we will endeavour to push these out over the weekend where possible. Our staff regularly work overtime to send out your orders swiftly.

Unfortunately not. Once you have submitted your payment at the checkout, the delivery options you selected will be locked in (i.e.: Australia Post | Standard Post | Express Post | etc). Therefore, your order cannot be changed while it is being picked and packed either. We expressly apologise for this inconvenience.

Our whey formulations do not contain ingredients that would be considered harmful to a typical pregnancy, though we must insist that you seek expert medical advice from your doctor or health professional.

Currently, we only have whey protein formulations, such as 'Level Up!' (whey protein concentrate) and 'Next Level!' (whey protein isolate). We have intentions of expanding our product range as soon as possible if all goes well with the formulations currently on offer.

Our whey protein is sourced from Germany. The product specifications of our protein are perfectly comparable to New Zealand sourced whey protein, which held the top position for the world's best protein for a long time. Currently, there are only a few whey manufacturers in the world that have whey of that quality. We just happen to have found the new king on the block and we're sharing it with Australia!

It certainly is! Our whey comes from the milk of European grass fed cows. Although milk always contains natural levels of hormones relative to the cows it is sourced from, with the current definition of 'hormone free products' we can legally say we have 'hormone free' whey products. There are absolutely zero added hormones present in the milk our cows produce, and by extension, in our product.
