Shipping Policy

Order Dispatch

All orders placed before 4:00pm (AWST) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following day. The Rare Nutrition team frequently works overtime on weekends to get your products to you as soon as possible. When it is not possible to dispatch items on the weekend, we will ensure dispatch occurs on the following Monday at the latest.

Estimated Delivery Times

Our deliveries are fulfilled by Australia Post. Unfortunately, we have no control over their delivery schedule and, from time to time, orders may be delayed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that the listed delivery times will be reliable and consistent. Our team works incredibly hard to ensure all orders are dispatched on time every time by working weekends and nights when necessary.

Furthermore, we do not accept any liability for losses, delays, theft, or any other eventuality once orders have been entrusted to Australia Post. All liability rests with Australia Post.
