Refunds & Returns Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please understand that we offer free samples of our consumable products so that you can decide if you like a product before committing to a purchase. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds on consumable products that are not returned unopened and in the same condition that they were received. For our non-consumable items, they must be returned in the same condition that they were received, unused, with tags (if applicable), and in their original packaging. For all items purchased from our store, you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible.

You can contact us at our contact page to start a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be forfeit.

Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain types of items may not be able to be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges must go through an approval process. Begin the exchange request for your order (or part of your order) by contacting us directly. Your exchange request will then be reviewed before being approved or denied. If the exchange is approved, we will notify you and send you a return shipping label. Once the order (or part of an order) to be exchanged is received by us, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You can then make a separate purchase for the new item. Please ensure the exchange is approved by us prior to purchasing a new item. This is the fastest way to ensure you get what you want. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
